The daughter of owners Keith and Valerie Dawson, Sharon joined the family business in 1999 from a background in Education and Tourism. Initially working the Labour Hire desk, gaining first hand experience in managing and mobilising crews and small projects. Sharon heads a tight Senior Management team with a whatever it takes attitude. Sharon is actively involved and passionate about Regional Economic Development and has held past roles with Cairns Chamber of Commerce, Advance Cairns and Ports North and is currently Deputy Chair of Racing Queensland.
